Scanning

digi klik studio - Keep it digi

Don’t put it off any longer! Reserve your space now and safeguard the loss of your valuable memories and creations.

We offer a 12×12 scanning service using the professional Epson Expression 10000XL – Photo scanner. This high quality scanner can scan 3D items, even above the glass and allow great quality scans of your chunky elements! Scan your albums and have them safely preserved, printed, or made into a DVD!

Advantages:

  1. Safely preserve your precious memories from damage or fire.
  2. Share your albums and layouts with your children, family and friends by having your scanned pages printed or uploaded to your FaceBook page or blog!

Quality:

  • The Epson Scanner is so great, I have scanned pages with Jolee’s Boutique embellishments and you can’t tell the difference from the scanned and printed page and the original-you’ll have to touch it to believe it!
  • Because it has a 12×18 flat bed, there is no need to stitch pages together! This also allows for scans of heritage items that might be over sized.
  • The fine details like the texture on a solid paper stay true and make the scan look like the original!

Cost:

  • $1.00 per page scanned at actual size (one side)-booked in 30 page minimums (every 90 page order receives $10 off)
  • $1.50 per page-booked in 30 page min. (11.5×12 digital conversion to 12×12)
  • $20 per hour (scan yourself at a digiklik studio)
  • $5 for the DVD and burning process

Preparation:

  1. Remove your page protectors for a higher quality scan.
  2. Have the pages “loose” yet in order and be prepared with how you want to name the files. (I will store them in Hefty Jumbo Bags)
  3. You can also clean the photos with a photo cloth to remove any finger prints or lint for a cleaner scan.
